More freebies from my shop! Today we're going Mediterranean, and rather specific. This is a location that has had a varied history. It's language is Semitic, but it uses the Roman alphabet. It has been under the control of the Romans, the Arabs, even Napoleon, for a time. The Apostle Paul was shipwrecked here. I'm talking about Malta. The samples presented today are just two in a pack of papers celebrating the beauty of this island which I had the pleasure of visiting last month.
The first sample features an example of the local architecture of the city of Valetta as well as the lovely blue of the water. The beige background highlights the color of the stone of which the Maltese islands are made. It is of this stone that man of the older buildings are also made. Its honey color gave Malta its name.
I hope you enjoy these samples and find plenty of uses for them!
